Membership Matters

The Arc is fortunate to be a United Way agency; roughly a quarter of its funding comes from United Way. As a private, non-profit agency, The Arc must secure the balance of its operating budget. This is the reason your membership matters as a means of securing the future for The Arc and the people it serves. Your membership in The Arc of McLennan County also gives you membership in The Arc of Texas and The Arc of the United States. Membership is for one year and is tax deductible as allowable by law; membership is renewed annually.

By becoming a member of The Arc of McLennan County, you will help build a consistent financial base for the organization, thereby promoting sustained care for persons with intellectual disabilities and their families who reside in our community.
