Coleen joined The Arc in 2023, bringing decades of experience in both the disability sector and nonprofit leadership. Her journey began in 1993 as a high school volunteer in a special education classroom, an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the families who support them.​ Today, she leads with both expertise and heart, ensuring The Arc remains a trusted guide for advocacy, resources, and community inclusion in McLennan County.
