The participants of the Opportunity Center work with We Grow the Co to learn digital marketing and creative media skills such as how to:

  • Build and manage professional websites

  • Create content for social media platforms

  • Develop a Social Media Content Calendar

  • Utilize Google Docs and Google Sheets 
     

In addition to learning to use industry-specific tools and skills, the participants also get practice with skills such as:

  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Professional communication and client-facing etiquette

  • Meeting deadlines and managing project workflows

  • Computer Literacy and Typing
